Joanna was born and raised in Massachusetts and brings nearly 15 years of experience in the lighting industry. Her background includes roles across multiple departments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both operations and project execution.
She spent seven years as a Quoter and Project Manager, supporting a wide range of projects and internal teams, before transitioning into the financial side of the business, where her attention to detail and deep operational knowledge continue to add value.
Outside of work, Joanna is an avid runner with a passion for travel—whether exploring U.S. national parks or immersing herself in major cities abroad. She is also a proud cat enthusiast.
