Executive Vice President
Steve Prinn is an experienced real estate investment and operating executive with more than 20 years of experience across real estate investing, capital markets, construction, and business leadership. Prior to joining Exposure Lighting, Steve served as Executive Vice President and CFO of a leading electrical engineering and contracting company, where he oversaw operations, business development, client relationships, and strategic growth. Previously, he held senior real estate investment roles with Group 1001 and Guggenheim Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, financing, and managing complex real estate investments.
Steve brings a unique perspective to Exposure Lighting, combining deep knowledge of the real estate development process with firsthand experience in construction and contracting. In his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development, he works with developers, owners, architects, and contractors throughout New England to help identify effective lighting and lighting control solutions for new developments and capital improvement projects.
